Elaine’s Advocacy

Elaine Antonio Bordeaux is an immigrant advocate, a veteran immigration lawyer and a multi-talented visual artist. She has dedicated more than a decade of her legal career in helping immigrants, refugees, asylum seekers and abandoned immigrant children achieve lawful immigration status in the United. She is an active volunteer attorney at the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network where she helps indigent immigrants from South America and war torn countries like Ukraine and Afghanistan obtain refugee status. Elaine has also helped hundreds of Filipino victims of labor trafficking lawfully stay in the US and be reunited with their family.

Elaine is the founder of E. Antonio Bordeaux Law Office based in Broomfield, Colorado. She was born in Pasay City, Philippines. She attended law school at San Beda College of Law and Arellano Law School. She was admitted to practice law in the Philippine in the year 2000. She graduated from Loyola Law School, New Orleans with a Master’s degree in American Laws and received the highest academic recognition. She was admitted to practice law in New York in 2008. She is a member in good standing of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Colorado and Global Chapter. Since then she has been helping immigrants achieve their American dream.

When Elaine is not practicing law, she is pursuing her passion in art specifically sculpture..She received her art training from various art institutions such as New York Arts Students League and Houston Baptist University. Every year she goes to the Barcelona Academy of Art in Spain for an intensive sculptural program. Elaine considers her art as a gift from the Divine. She is currently working on a body of sculptural work showcasing Philippine history and culture. Elaine is happily married to Randy Bordeaux, a US veteran who served in Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait and Korea. They are enjoying their new beautiful home in Peyton, Colorado.
